I was invited to visit the ancient Buddhist sites in Harayana, India by the Buddhist Forum. I visited the ruins of a Buddhist Monastery in Adi Badri, an Ashoka Stupa at Chaneti and several other Buddhist sites. I also went to the site of the proposed Ashoka Edicts Park in Topra Kalan, and discussed the future plans with the committee.
I met some wonderful people, who showed me great respect and kindness. I enjoyed discussing my book and Buddha’s teachings with a group of people, and thank you for the delicious lunch. It was a great day and thank you to everyone involved in making my visit a great success, especially Sidhartha from the Buddhist Forum.
